Review:
I read a few of Hemingway's works when I was in school, and I left with a feeling like it wasn't my cup of tea. I wanted to read some more now that I'm a little bit older, to see if my impression now is the same as it was back then. It is; this was not for me.

I sped through this, but not because it was exciting or gripping, I just wanted to get it over with. I didn't hate it, it was simply okay. It didn't strike or compel me much.

Though I didn't enjoy this, I can appreciate the literary value, and I'm glad I read it. So, I would recommend this if you want to give it a go, because perhaps this is just up your alley - who knows, a lot of people seem to enjoy Hemingway's work. And if you don't, at least you tried.
